MANILA, Philippines – Ramil de Jesus will be watching from the sidelines in a contest that Sportsvision is hosting after 15 years.
Around 3:30 PM, or 30 minutes before the first serve of Game 1 of the bronze-medal match between F2 Logistics and PLDT, Ramil de Jesus arrived at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
Since the Cargo Movers joined the PVL in March 2021, this will be the coach’s debut appearance with the squad. He has won 11 UAAP championships.
Benson Bocboc, who joined the league last season, and Regine Diego, who joined this year, have been in charge of F2 Logistics.
Since 2021, De Jesus has been identified as a team consultant.
De Jesus previously played regularly for De La Salle University in the V-League, leading them to three championships.
The Lady Spikers last competed in the V-League back in the second conference of the fifth season of the league, placing third.
De Jesus’ club teams have since competed in the former Philippine Super Liga. He led F2 to five league championships.
De Jesus last played for F2 in the PNVF Champions League for Women in 2021.
