Justin Brownlee is eager to join the Barangay Ginebra uniform for the next PBA convention, which is sure to be an important event.
After leading the squad to six titles, Brownlee admitted that it was difficult to watch the team from a distance. Due to his positive doping test following the Asian Games, the local Ginebra import was not involved in any PBA Commissioner’s Cup matches.
It was challenging, at first, he thought he had let his team down significantly. Undoubtedly, things were difficult at first. Brownlee remarked.
Barangay Ginebra had a respectable season in the 48th Season Commissioner’s Cup despite his absence; they advanced to the semifinals before San Miguel won handily.
According to Brownlee, Tony Bishop, the import who replaced him in the Commissioner’s Cup, had a crucial role in Ginebra’s conference campaign.
Justin will participate in the next major conference.
Brownlee will be a member of the Barangay Ginebra team in the upcoming import conference, according to Coach Tim Cone. Given that he is nearing the end of his career, Brownlee is even more eager to don the Ginebra uniform in the PBA.
