LONDON, England – Manchester United supporters were simply unable to contain their joy after seeing Christian Eriksen lead Denmark to a 2-0 victory over France.

Eriksen joined as a free agent this summer when his deal with Brentford expired. Erik ten Hag has used the Dane ever since moving to Old Trafford, starting all six of this season’s Premier League games.

Christian Eriksen leads Denmark’s offense against France with some great play. The midfielder for Manchester United was named Player of the Match after Denmark defeated France 2-0.

Even though the 30-year-old has only assisted twice, against FC Sheriff and Arsenal, he has actually performed far better than his statistics might indicate. Eriksen has been the focal point of United’s midfield and the driving force behind almost all of the Reds’ offensive combinations this year.

When Denmark defeated France 2-0 on Sunday night in the UEFA Nations League, it was once more the case. Eriksen was highly involved in both goals with some exquisite passing, but he was unable to add an assist to his name. The United midfielder’s selection as Man of the Match at the game’s conclusion just demonstrates how crucial he was to his nation’s victory.

Raphael Varane was not deployed as a substitute during France’s loss, which allowed United supporters to exhale with ease as they inch closer to avoiding serious injuries throughout the course of the international break. As the center-back will undoubtedly be thrilled to have Eriksen back on the same team next week, Varane may have been secretly relieved not to have to defend against him when he is in that kind of form.

In anticipation of the Sunday Manchester derby, United supporters will be hoping that Eriksen maintains his momentum through the international break. Ten Hag has a good chance of winning his first game against Man City if he can perform at a level comparable to what he did in the victory over France.

After seeing Eriksen’s performance for Denmark, the supporters should feel more confident knowing that he will play a significant role in the derby. After the final whistle blew, United supporters could not contain their joy as they praised the former Tottenham player on social media for yet another outstanding performance.

What is distinctive about Erik ten Hag’s approach at Manchester United, according to Antony

Before joining Erik ten Hag at Man Utd during the summer transfer window, Antony worked under him at Ajax.

Since leaving Ajax to lead Manchester United earlier this year, according to Antony, Erik ten Hag has altered the way he trains players.

Before following Ten Hag to Old Trafford during the summer transfer window, the 22-year-old winger played for Ten Hag’s former club Ajax.

In an effort to justify the £86 million transfer fee paid for him, Antony has made a strong start at United and celebrated his debut with a well-taken goal against Arsenal earlier in the month.

The Brazil international confesses he has already been taken aback by one significant difference at his new club, but he acknowledges that it will take many more outstanding performances for him to justify his price tag.

Antony discussed his first month at Manchester and how much of a change it has been from his previous two years with Ajax.

He told club media, “Training is really different, but I’m psychologically prepared for it. I’ve always followed the Premier League, so I understood how intense the games would be, and I’ve trained hard to get back to 100 percent as quickly as possible.”

“Since the team is a member of a fantastic squad, we have gotten to know one another and developed a relationship in order to get to this level and advance in our game. Game by game, we are getting to know one another better so that this harmony may exist and everything works well,“says Antony.
