Berlin will host the upcoming major esports tournament for Rainbow Six Siege, and tickets are currently available.
In accordance with rumors about the event, Ubisoft has revealed that the following Rainbow Six Siege Major will take place in Berlin this August.
The participating teams will earn Global Standing points, which are then transferred over to 2023’s Six Invitational, making this a highly significant event for Siege esports this year.
In Berlin, the Rainbow Six Siege Major begins on August 15 and runs for three days until August 21.
Starting with the Group Stages, which take place from August 15 to August 17, 16 teams will face off.
But there won’t be a performance of this stage in front of a crowd.
To watch the matches live, you’ll have to wait until the Playoff Stage and Grand Finals begin at the Theater am Potsdamer Platz.
The Grand Finals begin on August 21 and run through August 20 after the Playoff Stage concludes on August 18.
The event’s tickets are already on sale through Ticketmaster.
There are four levels of tickets, and each level offers a different degree of seats as well as exclusive in-game cosmetics and real-world apparel that you can take home.
In the Major, the top 16 teams from North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific will play.
You should expect some, to put it mildly, intense competition because for many of these teams, the major is their best opportunity to earn points for the Six Invitational in 2023.
In honor of the Major, Ubisoft is also offering a special Jackal package in the Rainbow Six Siege in-game store’s Esports section, with 20% of its sales going to the Major’s prize fund.
