The VCT Calendar for 2022 Completed by Masters Copenhagen and Champions Istanbul

Both cities are a new addition to the VCT circuit, with the competition being broadcasted live.

The locations of the final two big events on the VCT 2022 calendar were just revealed by Riot Games. While the last event of the VALORANT Champions Tour, Champions, will take place in Istanbul, Turkey, the second Masters will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The top teams from those tournaments will be going to Copenhagen to play for the second Masters trophy, which OpTic Gaming won the first time around this year. The Stage 2 Challenger is now taking place in the various VALORANT gaming locations throughout the world. Twelve teams will travel to the Danish capital in an effort to gain VCT points, rewards, and recognition.

As the finest of the best compete to be proclaimed the champion of Champions and the best VALOROUS team in the globe, Champions is where glory will be flung around in plenty. The top sixteen teams from around the world will compete for the title of VALORANT World Champion at the competition, which will take place in Istanbul.

Riot Games has not yet revealed the event venues for any city.

The dates for Masters Copenhagen are 10 – 24 July and Champions Istanbul is 2 – 18 September. Based on the VCT Circuit Points table, the winner of Masters Copenhagen will join OpTic Gaming as seeds to Champions along with 14 other teams (8 from the regular season and 6 from the Last Chance Qualifiers).
