In November, the capital of Germany will host the Game Changers circuit’s grand finale.

According to a Riot Games announcement, the Game Changers Championship, the VCT tournament circuit for women and other underrepresented genders, will take place in November. The competition, which serves as the circuit’s debut event, will take place in Berlin for the first time.

More information regarding the next Game Changers Championship, which will take place later this year, is being released today with much excitement. Teams from all over the world have been participating in regional competitions throughout 2022 for a chance to qualify for the first-ever global Game Changers tournament. The world’s top teams will compete in this competition for regional pride and to be crowned the VALORANT Game Changers World Champion!

The top eight teams in the globe will battle in Berlin from November 15 to November 20 for the opportunity to be the first team to wield the Game Changers Championship trophy. In this competition, eligible Game Changers teams will compete in a LAN environment through a double elimination bracket. Based on how competitive each region was and how many players there were there, each region was given a certain number of places. As the event gets near, more information about the schedule and format will be made available on VALORANTEsports.com.

VCT Game Changers is a new initiative that will support the competitive season by giving women in VALORANT esports more possibilities and exposure. Our esport should take into account the fact that the competitive VALORANT community is extremely worldwide and diversified. We want to create a VALORANT Champions Tour that is more inclusive and reflective of our community through Game Changers.

For the chance to be the first team to carry the Game Changers Championship trophy, eight teams representing six different regions—North America, Brazil, Latin America, Europe/Middle East/Africa, East Asia, and APAC—will compete in Berlin. Assuming Riot Games confirms it, the 6-day competition, which will take place from November 15 to 20, would likely be played as a LAN event.

Teams from all across the world have been competing in regional competitions throughout 2022 in an effort to earn a spot at the first-ever global Game Changers tournament. Based on how competitive each region was and how many players there were there, each region was given a certain number of places.

The teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket in a LAN environment, according to Riot. The teams competing in the competition, as well as other information like the timetable and the locked-in structure, will be made public closer to the event.
