With their most recent roster reveal video, ECHO PH didn’t think twice about using their trademark stagecraft.
With “Dark Cloud” by Taeyong playing in the background, Season 10’s introductions transformed players from Season 9’s action stars into Kpop-style heartthrobs.
In a Facebook post from ECHO’s official facebook page:

“Even though rumors flew faster than any other sound, we know that adding colors to them and giving you tiny glimpses of our actual S10 roster throughout the long break will make it more compelling to watch out for.
With the number of players that we lost comes an equal number of new faces. Once again curating a team to go after the championship title. After all, it’s been 5 seasons since we’ve had it in our hands, so the drought has never been more real this time.
Rest assured, there’s still excitement in revealing what is already known.
Our official MPL Season 10 roster, everyone.

ECHO Zaida – Jungler
Yawi Esports – Roaming
ECHO Jaypee – Roaming
ECHO KurtTzy – Mid lane
ECHO Sanji – Mid Lane

We’ll see you in the Land of Dawn.
#EchoLoud #EchoProud #ECHO”
The squad members gradually emerged in their music video. Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno, Frediemar “3MarTzy” Serafico, Jankurt Russel “KurtTzy” Matira, Frederic Benedict “Bennyqt” Gonzales, and Tristan “Yawi” Cabrera were the remaining five key players.
While ECHO loaded up their reserves with A-list athletes like Christian “Rafflesia” Fajura, Jaymark “Hadess” Lazaro, Rion “Rk3” Kudo, and Ashley Marco “Killuash” Cruz, the Season 10 roster choose to put an emphasis on up-and-coming prospects.
Outplayed and SanFord are acquired by ECHO PH
Sanford “SanFord” Vinuya and Jhonville “Outplayed” Villar were exposed as two MPL rookies. The former had served as a stand-in gold laner for Omega Esports during the previous season, while the latter served as a stand-in EXP laner for Nexplay EVOS during Season 8.
Then they presented Zaida and Sanji, two fresh newcomers. While the latter once played for Power Pack Gaming and Work Aerial PH, the former competed for AP Esports in the amateur sector.
The biggest shock, however, was the appearance of Jaypee “Jaypee” Dela Cruz, a legend of the MPL and a seasoned veteran who last competed in Season 7 when ECHO was still known as Aura PH.
The Sibol IESF qualifications saw action for every player in the clip.
None other than Archie “TicTac” Reyes is leading this squad. Robert “Trebor” Alexis Sanchez, a former assistant at Onic PH, will be his helper. This will be Coach TicTac’s first head coaching position in a professional setting.
