MANILA, Philippines – PBA Commissioner Willie Marcial, PBA Marketing Director Jo Francisco, Hiroo Goto, OIAA Nutraceutical Director, Ken Saito, President and Managing Director of Otsuka-Solar Philippines, Inc., and Janeth Villarante, Product Manager, are the new partners of PBA.
