The Lady Archers defeated Jose Maria College Foundations (JMFC) with a commanding victory of 25-18, 25-14, and 25-19 in a strong performance during the quarterfinals.
The Lady Archers, who were coached by Noel Orcullo, displayed their expertise and teamwork to secure the victory in just over an hour and seven minutes. Coach Orcullo stressed that there is always space for development as the squad advances to the tournament’s next round even as they celebrate their victory.
Shevana Laput emerged as a crucial player, leading the assault for La Salle with an incredible 16 points. They will play the University of Santo Tomas (UST) squad in the elimination semi-finals thanks to their victory in the quarterfinals.
The Golden Tigresses of UST have also been making their mark on the opposite side.
