MANILA, Philippines – Johnedel Cardel, the head coach of Terrafirma, has great hopes for Isaac Go, a promising big man who has been making waves on the PBA On Tour. Go has demonstrated the ability to have a great future in the professional level with his recent efforts for Terrafirma.

Cardel is adamant that Go possesses all the skills necessary to excel in Asia’s expanding professional basketball scene. Especially in their most recent triumph over the Meralco Bolts, when Go joined up with Eric Camson down the stretch, the former Ateneo center has been making important contributions to the club.

Go has been gradually rediscovering his form after returning from a protracted layoff caused by an ACL injury that held him out for a significant portion of the previous season. With 11 points and five rebounds in the team’s sixth PBA On Tour game, Go made his presence known and contributed to his team’s third triumph.

Go is not now at 100 percent fitness, according to Coach Cardel, who estimates that he is currently between 70 and 75 percent fit. Although this is the case, Go has already demonstrated his abilities and influence on the court, providing Terrafirma with a peek of what a tremendous asset he could be.

Go had a successful collegiate playing career with the Ateneo Blue Eagles, helping the group win three UAAP men’s basketball championships. The 6-foot-7 center, though, has issues with weight management throughout his playing career. To try to solve the problem, Go’s former Ateneo coach Tab Baldwin even adopted a no-rice diet.

Coach Cardel has advised Go to focus his entire fitness and be aware of his weight since he understands how important it is to keep your body in top physical condition. Go can achieve his full potential and extend his professional basketball career by doing this.

Isaac Go is committed to following his coach’s guidance in order to secure his long-term success in the sport. Go is keen to contribute significantly to Terrafirma and establish himself as a valuable player in the PBA as he continues to heal and rehabilitate and regain his full health.

Go has gained confidence as a result of his encouraging performances and his coach’s complimentary comments. This has inspired him to put in more effort and keep working to better himself. Go is ready to have a big effect in the PBA and live up to his potential as a rising star in the league with a supportive coaching staff and the drive to succeed.

Basketball fans and viewers will keep a close eye on Go’s success as the season goes along and eagerly await his continuous player development. With Coach Cardel’s direction and encouragement, the gifted big man is well on his way to making a name for himself in Philippine basketball and forging a prosperous professional future.
